AUSTECC Guarantee, all products carry a 30 day money back guarantee. Some items come under the manufactures warranty so please contact us if you have any questions regarding a manufactures warranty. Exchanges and shipping costs will be at the customers expense unless AUSTECC is at fault

AUSTECC understands that sometimes certain circumstances that are beyond the scope of the items warranty, and these cases will be dealt with on an impartial level on a case by case basis. In cases of this please use the "contact us" icon and inform us of your problem and we will endeavor to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

In some cases the item that you have ordered will be out of stock or delayed from the manufacturer, AUSTECC will inform you of this immediately  and will give you an alternate option or estimated time of arrival for your order to be shipped.
